Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility
1.1. Participants must be 18 or older to enter.
1.2. The raffle is open to residents of Alberta Canada.
1.3. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Red River Dj are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period
2.1. The raffle entry period begins immed and ends one week prior to event
2.2. Entries received outside this period will not be considered valid.

3. How to Enter
3.1. Participants must follow/like/share on social media or entries will be disqualified.
3.2. Limit 1 entries per email. Additional entries will be disqualified.
3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter unless otherwise specified.

4. Winner Selection
4.1. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using a certified random generator.
4.2. The drawing will take place 1 week prior to event.
4.3. Winners will be notified via email, phone, or social media within 48hrs of the drawing.

5. Prize Details
5.1. The prize(s) include: (dependant)
5.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Claiming Prizes
6.1. Winners must claim their prizes within 72hrs of notification.
6.2. Winners must provide valid identification and sign a release form to claim the prize.
6.3. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and awarded to alternate winners.

7. General Terms

7.1 Red River Dj reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in fraudulent activity.
7.2. Red River Dj is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical or communication errors.
7.3. By entering, participants consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Legal Compliance
8.1. This raffle is subject to all applicable federal and local laws and regulations.
8.2. Void where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Red River Dj and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the raffle or the use of the prize(s).
